Grog calls Keyleth's saber-toothed tiger[1] form "Minxie", after the two of them (Keyleth in her cat form) attempted to intimidate somebody and Keyleth pretended to be Grog's pet.[2]
When Grog was knocked into a coma by an intellect devourer, Keyleth stayed up late researching the spell Greater Restoration in order to revive him. Once he awoke, he gave Keyleth a big bear hug in appreciation and then poured her a drink from his cask of ale.[3]
After Raishan revealed to Vox Machina that she had been impersonating Assum Emring for some time, Grog began acting as Keyleth's anchor, calming her down so that in her rage she wouldn't cause the destruction of Whitestone by attacking the Diseased Deceiver right then and there.[4] He later told her that she would get her chance one day but that she needed to be patient, and he'd be there to help her when that day came.[5]
