Simar is a dwarf cleric of Bahamut, the Platinum Dragon, and aide to Lady Kima of Vord. As an NPC, she is played by Matthew Mercer.
Biography[]
Simar is generally tasked with watching over the Temple of Bahamut in Westruun and seeing to the masses that inquire. When Kima left for her pilgrimage into the Neverfields and later the Underdark, Simar was left with full responsibility for the temple.[1] Vox Machina spoke with Simar when seeking help in extricating the phylactary that Drath Mephruhn implanted into Grog Strongjaw's chest. Simar directed them to speak with Realmseer Eskil Ryndarien.[2]
When the Chroma Conclave and the Herd of Storms attacked Westruun, Simar's fate was not revealed.
